Production and Administration
Our company is located in Renchen, approx. 5 km from Autobahn A5, exit Achern (coming from north) or Appenweier (coming from south).
The modern company building and our large warehouse are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. This is how we can react fast and flexible in production and printing.
Production
Due to our new warehouse, umbrellas, bags, backpacks and caps can be chosen from a large product program. If needed, we can make completely new umbrella models, allover designed umbrellas or umbrellas with photo print on several panels.
Almost all of our promotional umbrellas, caps, bags, backpacks and business bags can be printed by ourselves in our own in-house printing plant. This means: We can start right after order approval with printing. Order lead times are minimized. Exceptional cases are: very large quantities and development of new products.
Delivery times
All articles which are in stock can be delivered neutral until next working day (incoming orders until 2 p. m.). As a rule of thumb, personalised advertising media can be printed with your logo or slogan and delivered within a few working days.
If desired, special deliveries, courier services and appointment deliveries are possible, additional cost may apply. Our staff will be pleased to serve you.
Costs of Custom-made Products
Our experienced team has already realised many custom-made products and knows which details should be looked at to get a perfect result. In addition, we have contracted business partners in Far East which guarantees competitive conditions.
Printing
We need your logo (preferiably vectorised) pdf-, eps,- or ai data file. In case you don't have a suitable data file, we can vectorise your file for a small fee.
There are no further cost for follow-up orders (when the same print is used), because the data files will be archived. Normally there is a vector data file at your advertising agency or at your printing company.
Our standard process is screen printing, because it's nearly always the most convenient method. On request further logo markings are possible like e. g. domings, transfer printing, embroidery or adding an own label.
Minimum Order Quantity
As a rule of thumb, the minimum order/printed quantity is 1 packaging unit per colour/article. Taking incomplete packaging units incur handling cost of 5€.
Large Quantities
While ordering large quantities or products with extraordinary colours and materials you need to consider longer delivery times. The exact delivery time depends on the respective product, please ask our staff.
